Cencraft Terms of Service

Last Updated: August 14, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Cencraft website, Minecraft servers, store, community features, Discord server, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using Cencraft, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the Services.

1. Cencraft Accounts

Certain Cencraft features may require an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity that occurs through it.

You must provide accurate information when creating or maintaining an account and may not impersonate another person, misuse another user’s account, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to an account.

Cencraft may use centralized authentication to provide access to multiple Cencraft services.

2. Minecraft Accounts

Cencraft may allow you to link your Cencraft account with a Minecraft account.

You may only link a Minecraft account that you are authorized to use.

Minecraft usernames, UUIDs, and related information may be used to identify players, provide Cencraft features, maintain moderation records, and protect the network.

3. Community and Server Rules

When using Cencraft, you must follow all applicable server, community, and platform rules.

You may not:

  • Cheat, hack, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized modifications that provide an unfair advantage
  • Attempt to disrupt, damage, overload, or interfere with Cencraft services
  • Attempt to bypass security, moderation, bans, restrictions, or access controls
  • Harass, threaten, or intentionally harm other users
  • Impersonate Cencraft staff or other users
  • Engage in fraud, scams, or deceptive activity
  • Use Cencraft for unlawful purposes
  • Attempt to access systems, accounts, or information without authorization
  • Abuse bugs, exploits, or unintended game mechanics

Additional rules may apply to individual Minecraft servers, community areas, events, or services.

4. Moderation and Enforcement

Cencraft may investigate suspected violations of these Terms or community rules.

Depending on the circumstances, Cencraft may issue warnings or restrict, suspend, mute, remove, or permanently ban accounts or players.

Moderation decisions may consider the severity of the conduct, previous violations, security risks, and other relevant circumstances.

Where available, users may submit an appeal through Cencraft’s designated appeal process.

Cencraft reserves the right to take immediate action when reasonably necessary to protect users, staff, systems, or the community.

5. Purchases and Digital Goods

Cencraft may offer optional purchases or digital goods through its store.

Purchases may include virtual items, ranks, permissions, cosmetics, or other digital benefits associated with Cencraft services.

Digital goods have no real-world monetary value outside Cencraft and cannot be exchanged for cash unless expressly stated otherwise.

Payment processing may be performed by third-party payment providers.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have authorization to use the payment method used for a purchase.

6. Refunds and Chargebacks

Because Cencraft purchases generally involve digital goods or services delivered electronically, purchases may be non-refundable except where otherwise stated or required by applicable law.

If you experience a problem with a purchase, contact [email protected] before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback so that we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.

Fraudulent purchases, unauthorized chargebacks, or abuse of payment systems may result in suspension of associated Cencraft accounts or services where permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms limits refund or consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

7. Service Availability

Cencraft aims to provide reliable services but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Servers or other services may become unavailable because of:

  • Maintenance
  • Software updates
  • Hardware or network failures
  • Security incidents
  • Third-party outages
  • Minecraft updates
  • Circumstances outside Cencraft’s reasonable control

Cencraft may modify, suspend, replace, or discontinue features or services when reasonably necessary.

8. User Content

Users may be able to submit content through Cencraft, including messages, builds, posts, applications, profiles, support requests, or other material.

You retain ownership of content you create to the extent that you have applicable ownership rights.

By submitting content to Cencraft, you grant Cencraft permission to host, store, display, process, and use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, moderate, secure, and promote the Services.

You may not submit content that violates applicable law, infringes the rights of others, contains malicious software, or otherwise violates these Terms or Cencraft rules.

9. Cencraft Content and Intellectual Property

Cencraft’s website design, branding, graphics, software, written content, and other original materials may be protected by copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property laws.

Except where expressly permitted, you may not reproduce, distribute, sell, misrepresent, or commercially exploit Cencraft-owned content without authorization.

These Terms do not grant ownership of Cencraft intellectual property to users.

10. Third-Party Services

Cencraft may integrate with or link to services operated by third parties, including Minecraft-related services, Discord, payment providers, authentication services, and other platforms.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies.

Cencraft is not responsible for the availability, content, security, or independent practices of third-party services.

11. Privacy

Your use of Cencraft is also subject to the Cencraft Privacy Policy, which explains how information may be collected, used, retained, and shared.

12. Security

You may not attempt to:

  • Gain unauthorized access to Cencraft systems
  • Probe or scan systems for vulnerabilities without authorization
  • Circumvent authentication or security controls
  • Interfere with network or server operations
  • Introduce malware or malicious code
  • Perform denial-of-service attacks
  • Obtain another user’s credentials or private information

Security vulnerabilities should be responsibly reported to Cencraft rather than exploited.

13. Termination

You may stop using Cencraft at any time.

Cencraft may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary because of violations of these Terms, community rules, security concerns, fraudulent activity, legal requirements, or threats to Cencraft or its users.

Termination of access does not necessarily remove records that Cencraft is legally or operationally permitted to retain.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

Cencraft services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.

While we work to maintain reliable and secure services, Cencraft does not guarantee that the Services will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cencraft and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.

16. Changes to These Terms

Cencraft may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our Services, policies, or legal requirements.

When these Terms are updated, the Last Updated date will be revised.

Your continued use of Cencraft after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
